“Arbitrary power is most easily established on the ruins of liberty”

– George Washington

Powerful commercial interests are hard at work to expand the authority of government agencies to establish monopolies on, among other things ‘health care’. They have made great progress toward this objective in the name of ‘protecting the public’, while employing the establishment media to the same end. It is now impossible to practice any traditional or alternative approach to wellness without submitting to the State’s Police Power. Aren’t you glad they’re here to protect us? We’re probably not smart enough to make decisions regarding our own health care. Don’t we need politicians, bureaucrats and panels of ‘experts’ for that?

Legal Bill of Rights

Fortunately, for us, the founding fathers had the insight to base our system of government on the English Common Law. At Common Law, everything is permitted, that does not infringe on the rights of others. Under Civil Law, nothing is permitted, except that which is stipulated or licensed. While the ‘public person’ is at the whim of the Civil Code, the ‘private person’ is able to access the Common Law as a citizen via his or her Constitutional Rights. The 1st and 14th Amendments are of particular interest, as these explicitly protect our right to freedom of speech, freedom to assemble peaceably and to due process of law. For this reason, we use a 1st and 14th Amendment Private Membership Association. By joining it, you trade statutory rights as a public person for more valuable Constitutional Rights as a private member. This contract gives you unparalleled privacy as well as access to cutting edge modalities without the need to travel to less intrusive jurisdictions (for example, Switzerland or Mexico).
